The 10 Week Challenge



Date of the Challenge – Monday 22nd October 2012

Challenge - 
To row 10km in 50 Minutes

Goals       
  • To train at least three times a week.
  • After two months, be able to row for 30 minutes at a constant speed.
  • To complete the challenge,
