What to do for my 10 Week Challenge

When deciding upon my ten week challenge I found it very difficult to decide what I wanted to do. I wanted a challenge that was outside my comfort zone and would be difficult to achieve. I also wanted a challenge that would improve my fitness, agility, speed and make me a better rugby player. I have currently injured my knee and this had a huge impact when considering what to do for my ten week challenge. My challenge is: to row for 50 minutes. I don’t usually use the rowing machine at the gym- I find it hard and tiring when I do use it. The furthest I have rowed is 2km. So I thought 10km would be difficult to achieve. Rowing will improve my strength, fitness and core. I want to maintain good physical fitness, which will be achieved through good nutrition, exercise and enough rest through the 10 week training.

“I want to set goals for myself and be passionate about achieving them”
