Week Four





I used the grinder a lot this week. I usually use the grinder for 30 seconds as hard as I can and then have 10 seconds rest and repeat this for four minutes. This was very hard work as it was hard to go from the rest to the 30 second period. My arms felt like they were burning, but I made sure I pushed through it.  This week I focused on cardiovascular endurance by biking and rowing at a high intensity and overloading myself progressively.
