Week Three



This week I listened to my iPod while participating in physical fitness. I found this more motivational as I was focusing on the song rather than the exercise. I pushed myself at a high intensity and couldn’t hear myself breathing, which made me participate in exercise for longer. I found that I could bike or row for a longer distance and focused for longer.
On Sunday I only did a 40 minute bike ride as I found I was very exhausted after this week. My knee has improved from last week as I was able to bike for longer at different intensities.
