Week Seven





This week I was training hard and was able to do contact at practise. I still am not ready for a game yet, but I feel like my knee is improving. I also had Sevens training this week. It’s a bit different from rugby training as there is more sprinting involved.  I made sure that I used my flexibility sessions to the best of my ability as I my muscles were very tight and sore from trainings. I had a good week at the gym as I accomplished everything that I had planned for each session.
